During the NTCA Fall Conference in Philadelphia, Consortia’s President Dan Caldwell participated on the Regulatory Observations and Inferences panel. Josh Seidemann of NTCA moderated the panel during the opening general session of the conference. The panel focused on current regulatory topics including contribution reform, the USF budget, and the CAF Phase II Auction.
“The rural telecommunications industry certainly has no shortage of regulatory issues to discuss, and Consortia sincerely appreciated the opportunity to be represented on the panel,” said Caldwell.
