Consortia Consulting is pleased to announce the promotion of Chana Kubie to the position of Cost Study Manager. Chana joined Consortia in 2009 and has been an active member of the Settlements and Financial Analysis Team. Chana’s strong organizational skills and attention to detail is valuable to Consortia’s cost study forecasting, preparation, review and filing processes. Tim Eklund, Director – Settlements and Financial Analysis, will continue to provide strategic oversight to Consortia’s cost study process and will remain responsible for the delivery of the many financial and settlement analyses that are required by our clients outside of the annual cost study filing process.
