Chana Kubie, director of Consortia’s Financial Solutions team, was recently named to NECA’s Cost Issues Task Group (CITG).
The Cost Issues Task Group meet regularly throughout the year to discuss concepts and issues related to cost-based settlements. It is comprised of nationwide member company representatives nominated by national telecom associations and NECA subject matter experts.
